Service Description
Buffet party tray—. $35/person. (come with chicken，shrimp,steak, mix veg and fried rice) for 30 people+ Arrange two 8-foot rectangular tables in an L shape, with seating for approximately 10 people. Set up three 6-foot rectangular tables in a U shape, with seating for 12 to 15 people. Ensure availability of eating utensils and dishware. We offer a comprehensive table setup service for $15 per person, which includes tables, chairs, plates, silverware, napkins, and cups. Please note that drinks are not included. Inform us about any food allergies you may have. PAYMENT Payment can be made via Cash, Zelle, or Venmo after the service. Please note that we do not accept checks.

Appointment reminders will be sent via text message. **Pricing & Fees** • Adults: $50/person • Children (Under 13): $30/person • Minimum Food Order: $500 • Table Setup Service: $15/person (includes tables, chairs, plates, silverware, napkins, and cups) **Additional Charges** • Suggested Gratuity: 20%+ • Sales Tax: 7.5% • Travel Fee: Starting at $35 and may vary based on distance **Add-On Menu** Guests may add extra items to any package: Chow Mein +$8 | Chicken +$10 | Steak +$15 | Shrimp +$15 | Scallops +$15 | Salmon +$15 | Filet Mignon +$20 | Ribeye +$20 | Lobster Tail +$20 | Kobe Beef +$30 **Food Orders** Please submit each guest's order by name. Example: Michelle – Chicken & Shrimp | Michael – Salmon & Steak **Payment Policy** A deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits are accepted via Zelle or Venmo. Remaining balance is due on the event date. Cash preferred. Credit cards are not currently accepted. **Cancellation Policy** Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event are free of charge. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date. **Liability Waiver** By booking our services, the Host accepts responsibility for the event location and guests and releases Hibachi Happy Party from liability for any property damage occurring before, during, or after the event.
